Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Watier online store and any purchase made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, prices, and availability accurately. Colours may vary depending on your device. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or availability error. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery is not possible. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping options, charges, and available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns and statutory rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases. Customers also retain all mandatory legal guarantees and consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The store and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Watier and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Prohibited use

You must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; or violate the rights of Watier or any third party.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment and delivery providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Any mandatory consumer dispute or jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
