Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary during launches, promotions, weekends, and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been accepted and, where available, tracking details when it has been dispatched.

Shipping destinations, methods, and charges

Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the items in the order. If no shipping option appears, we are currently unable to deliver that order to the selected destination.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery may be affected by the carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, import duties, local taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges may apply. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Address accuracy

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins. Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be passed on where permitted by law.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. A delivery marked as completed by the carrier may be investigated with the carrier. Please check with household members, neighbours, reception areas, and the carrier before contacting us.

Lost or damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact service@watierco.com with the order number and relevant details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
