Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the applicable right of withdrawal for online purchases in the European Union.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at service@watierco.com before sending any item. We will provide the return instructions and the applicable return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Exceptions

Items made to order or clearly personalized cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, except where they are faulty or do not conform to the order. Gift cards and items that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons after being unsealed may also be excluded where permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will process refunds within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back. Standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded where required by law; additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
